Mad & Madness? Ted Postol, Professor Emeritus of Science, Technology and National Security Policy at MIT

Almost forty years ago, when the United States and Soviet Union were openly pursuing doctrines of mutually assured destruction, English singer Sting composed his now legendary hit about Russians who hopefully love their children too. A few months ago, the American nuclear doctrine was extended to include not only Russia, but also China and North Korea. What does this mean in practical terms? And do we still share the same biology, regardless of ideology? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Ted Postol, Professor Emeritus of Science, Technology and National Security Policy at MIT.
