Revenge of history? Sergey Karaganov of the Higher School of Economics in Moscow

Thirty years after the collapse of the Soviet system and the global changes it ushered in, it’s hard not to see the transformations in the Western world in that light. Are we witnessing the final act of the Cold War, and, if so, what is it setting the stage for?
