Croatia says it will withdraw its forces from NATO, in the event of a conflict between Russia and Ukraine. The statement from the country’s president – came hours after the US put more than 8,000 troops on high alert, over what it claimed would be a Russian invasion of its neighbor. Moscow continues to deny such plans. Croatia is not the only NATO member expressing concern about a conflict in Russia. RT America’s Peter Oliver has more.
